The Nova Forest Alliance – Nova Scotia’s Model Forest is a partnership of researchers, landowners, industry, Mi’kmaq groups, environmentalists, educational institutions, and government. As Partners, we work together to research and promote sustainable forest management tools that work in our region; Processes, scientific knowledge, and programs that allow forest users to maintain sustainability, ecological integrity, and multiple social and economic benefits. By bringing together this diverse group of organizations, we ensure all forest values and interests have a voice in the future of Nova Scotia forests.
